Many new things happening at the studio!

Renovation Works Complete
Since I last wrote, it's great to have the renovations at the studio complete.  I know many of you have been in to the space since the work was finished but for those who haven't seen it, here is what it looks like.

It's a wonderful space that's now being used for a variety of different purposes.  We have the rehab space for myself and the physio to work with clients on various forms of exercise and strength training.

The main hall can be transformed to a relaxing meditation space for when we do our sound and guided meditation sessions....and then it can be transformed once again into a space for our new fitness classes which have just started!  So a very dynamic space.

Fit-Strength Class
We have a new strength fitness class which has started on a Monday evening with the very inspirational Shivangi, who is currently training for a triathlon and has ran numerous marathons.  You can find out about her on Instagram here 'Fitness Trail' .  Shivangi trained in Australia, has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and exercise and has a great studio herself in C Scheme where she runs private classes.

She's a great addition to the team and her classes will be tailored in a way that the focus in on strengthening the body gradually and is an ideal class for beginners.  It will be a great class for those of you who want to build some healthy muscle to help support the body and ease up aches and pains and become stronger and feel fitter and healthier.  I myself will regularly attend this class as I think it is so beneficial for our health and something that many of us fail to do and I feel it will help support my lower back and provide overall strength to key areas.

You can book a class with her here. https://jrtclasses.setmore.com/bookclass

Yoga Therapy - Mysore style
Another great class that is just beginning is Yoga therapy with Anna.  Anna has been practicing Yoga for many years.  She is very passionate about yoga and practices it daily as part of her everyday life.  If you check out her Instagram account, you'll see just how good she is at yoga!  Yoga Mysore Style

Although many people practice yoga, Anna will really help to ensure your technique is correct and teach you the moves so you can go home and successfully do them on the days you don't attend class.  So whilst the class is only once a week, due to Anna's teaching style and technique, you'll learn so much within the hour.

Yoga therapy is on a Friday night this coming week and then will shift to a regular Thursday morning at 9am.

You can book a class with her here. https://jrtclasses.setmore.com/bookclass

A reminder of Physiotherapist Mahela
A little reminder too that physiotherapist Mahela is working from the studio space.  I know many of you have enquired about her.  I'm sharing her contact details once more and encourage you to check out her Instagram page where she shares lots of helpful videos.  Mahe Health & Fitness

Schedule for sound meditation
Our sound meditation is up and running and we now have a regular schedule in place till late March.  Our next class is on Tuesday morning from 9am and is the 90 minute session of sound and guided meditation.  It's a beautifully restorative sound meditation session, that completely switches you off, grounds and helps to bring about mental clarity, setting you up for a productive day ahead.  You can see some examples of the sound meditation via our Instagram page here.  Jaipur Remedial Therapies

You can book for any of the classes, whether it's Yoga, Strength fitness or the Sound Meditation, all classes can be found via this booking link.  Why not sign yourself up to a class or two and make your health and well being a priority.

Dry Needling
I was away for a week in late February for my dry needling course.  It was an amazing course which i enjoyed so much!  I'm looking forward to bringing this great new modality to you all.   It was an intense five days and i learned a lot and think Dry Needling is an excellent addition to add to the remedial therapies.  It was wonderful to be with so many physiotherapists and share collective knowledge together.

Incase you're wondering what dry needling is, it's where an acupuncture needle is inserted into a trigger point to work on releasing tension held within the muscle.  It's another way of getting into some of those difficult spots.  This will be an option in some of the longer sessions and sessions carried out at the studio

Indi-ssentials Products
As a lot of new clients have joined over the past several months, not to mention some of you more seasoned clients also don't know, but we have the Indi-ssentials product range available to purchase from the studio.  This is made by me and is made from natural ingredients and synthetic free.

I can share the brochure with those of you who would like to see it once again.  A range of products are stocked, from candles to room sprays, wellness balms, the body oils used in the treatments and hair oils too!

Closed for six weeks for my UK work trip
The studio will be closed for six weeks from 23rd March till 6th May inclusive whilst i am away in the UK attending to clients there.  There's two weeks before I go, so plenty of time to get a session booked in.

That's all for this month, will update again next month with all the latest news from Jaipur Remedial Therapies.  Have a good month and look forward to seeing you all soon at your sessions.
