Many of you enjoyed the first guided meditation and so I'm sending out another one I have created.  This one is specific to the current crisis and works to relieve your worries, concerns and fears and that overwhelming feeling.  It's a real worry and stress buster and brings about a feeling of inner calm.

Before the virus turned our worlds upside down, many of you were enjoying our sound meditation classes.  At present I'm looking to see if there is a way to bring these online and for the sound quality to come across effectively.  Just before the centre closed we were about to begin offering Guided Meditation Classes once a month.  As it looks like it maybe sometime before this can happen in person, I'm planning to bring this to you online instead.  (There's a class on 6th and 7th June - more details to follow).

It will be a 1 hour meditation session, involving  few different forms of meditation which I'll guide you through, so you can develop your awareness and skills in these areas and the bulk of the session will be taken up with a 40 minute guided meditation session so you can switch off, let go and relax.  I will also provide a link to a pre-recorded copy of that guided meditation so you can listen to it regularly before the next month's session.  A real added value session and at a nominal price of 400rs.

I know that some clients are unable to attend massage sessions at present for a variety of reasons.....but in case any of you are still experiencing some pain and want a little relief, a reminder that I sell muscle and joint pain balm.  This is a recipe I have worked on and perfected over a year and receives great feedback from clients both here and in the UK.  These are sold at a special price for clients only at 400 Rs for a 150ml jar.  These will last for months!  They are a Vaseline like consistency and absorb quickly into the skin and ease aches and pains thanks to the blend of essential oils and turmeric in there.   (These do not stain)

I personally used this balm whilst walking 500kms in three weeks in Spain and never had any pain and I contribute this to the balm.

Tentatively open....

**Jaipur Remedial Therapies is tentatively open, following strict hygiene protocols.**

I wanted to share some of the protocols with you so you can be sure of the safe environment I am working hard to create.

** As you can see from the photo, we have shifted rooms from the small massage room to the big, expansive space for ventilation and greater hygiene protection.

** We use vinyl coverings on any equipment the body comes into contact with so that these can be easily cleaned and sanitized between appointments.

** During treatments I am wearing, a mask and eye protection.

** Work clothing is changed between each session and it has always been the case that all sheets and coverings for the table are changed for each session.

** There is hand sanitizer by the door for you to use as you come in and as has always been the case, I use hand sanitizer repeatedly, before, after and during the massage.

** Appointments need to be booked a day in advance due to the strict hygiene and sanitizing protocols that need to be followed because of the time needed to be prepared.

** Every part of the table is cleaned inbetween appointments

** Only a small number of clients will be seen each day.

As you can see, big measures are being taken to ensure the safety of everyone and yet provide you with massage treatments at a time when you could really benefit, help to relax and relieve some of the stress and tension and sort out problem areas.

Two years of Jaipur Remedial Therapies!

Wow!  Hard to believe it has been two years since we last updated this blog.  Due to its low usage we had focused on alternative means such as Facebook and Instagram.  However as a means to get the information out there once again we're hitting up the blog!

In the last two years of Jaipur Remedial Therapies a lot has changed.  We've grown as a business from offering mobile and treatments from the home to having our own studio in C scheme, Jaipur.  Our studio has grown from not only offering remedial and therapeutic treatments but into a wellness centre where there are yoga and meditation classes available.

We also make our own product range which is growing in popularity as people try and fall in love with them and want to move away from products filled with lab based chemicals.  Our products are natural, simple yet effective and leave skin and hair feeling soft, conditioned and give added value.

As time goes on it will become more apparent in this blog of all that has changed and all that we now offer!
