Heat or Ice - which is best?!
There is always the debate as to whether to apply heat or ice after a treatment or injury, you decide! We tend to find ice is great for accute injuries and heat is better for chronic injuries....although heat tends to be more pleasant! After a massage at Jaipur Remedial Massage we encourage people to apply heat or have a hot shower to help soothe and calm the muscles after deep tissue massage.
Deep tissue massage can be effective for many issues such as chronic neck and shoulder pain from sat at a computer too long, headaches often caused by neck strain, chronic back issues, issues sustained from all the traveling around and carrying heavy bags.
